Lab Fees
Most of the Laboratories I use are covered by insurance.
Costs of tests depend upon the lab and what test we are running. In most cases the client sends a copy of a health insurance card to lab with kit provided. Instructions are clearly marked and most tests can be sent and done in the privacy of your home.
